1. From Tha Phae Gate travel 0.9 km north on Moon Muang Road to the North East corner of the moat.
2. Bear left onto Sri Poom Road and travel parallel to the moat for 1.6km
3. At the North West corner of the moat, bear left onto Arak Road and take the first U-turn after 0.4 km
4. Having completed the U-turn, bear left after 0.4 km onto Huay Kaew Road Route 1004 and follow all signs for Doi Suthep for 2.2 km
5. Turn right at the intersection of Routes 1004 and 121, signposted Mae Rim and the Chiang Mai Sports Complex (700 year Stadium).
6. After turning right, count the bridges over the canal. Pass 3 bridges on the right.
7. Bridge 4 is on your left. Slow down and move into the left hand lane.
8. Turn left at Bridge 5 which is 1.3 km from the intersection of Routes 1004 and 121 and is signposted "Star Palace Condominium.
9. Travel 0.6 km to the end of the road and turn right at the T junction. Follow signs for Sang Serene House
10. Turn first right into a narrow private road, approximately 0.4 km from the T junction, when you see the sign for the Centre of the Universe.
